Please can someone help me urgently!

I received the W32/Generic.worm!p2p virus in an email from Italy.

I have managed to delete the virus from the pc clients using McAfee lastest version, but my server has crashed and now will not boot up. I can't get past the loading screen. My server is running SBS2003.

Please help!!
