Windows Media Player Dosnt Detect Phillips HD Jukebox

At Christmas i got a Phillips HDD085 Digital Audio Player(3GB).I intalled the software that came with it the software is suposed to upgrade its firmware and stuff but it dosnt detect the Player.It tells you that you can send files to it using the sync option in WMP.I have WMP 10 but it dosnt detect the player either.But the device manager detects the player and when i plug it in(It connects by USB) it shows in the tray then i click it it asks what i want to do i click syncronise device with Media Player, it then disappears and WMP cannot detect it.Can anyone help me please =)
