Generic Host Problem

I did a search for the message "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services" and found a similar responce to perform a scn check, etc. One of the steps also referred to having to have the XP CD. I do not have the XP disc since this was a store bought Sony.

I am having performance issues with accessing My Computer as well as the Generic Host Process for Win32 Services message coming on during boot. It remains for a while then will clear occasionally.

Ran a restore from when the message was not appearing with not avail.

OK, I took a look at the previous attachments and they suck! I have exported the files differently and isolated only the red x's over the last couple of weeks, which is when the problem started. Hope these are better. THanks so much.
