Hi iam running win XP. The system has a valid IP and etc. I cannot access the internet through Explorer or Navigator or aim and etc. Firewall is turned off and virus protection. All the IP settings seem to be correct. Please help. Thank you.

Ok well can you ping? To do so go to Run on the start menu and type cmd, then the command promt should come up. Type ping -t www.pcpitstop.com and tell e when it says. Also what is you network setup? HUB's, Switches Etc?
