OK first off, im 14 and am really stupid and need to be talked to very simply due to my underdeveloped mind.

my computer is loaded with fatal arrors. when i start up, sometimes my monitor gets all scrambly...like when you play a dirty cartridge in a nintendo.

also, my comp freezes randomly sometimes

i get lots of blue screens that just pop up without warning

i've used some of those programs that remove errors but you have to pay to unlock em and...i cant do that but the scans they gave showed something like 700+ medium errors and 20+ serious errors so.... :tazz:

please respond quickly before i end up randomly hurting people in fits of rage

Please Click here!, and follow the recommendations in the guide.

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and post your log as a new topic in the Hijack This forum. It will get a better response there from the people most qualified to analyze logs.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
