Can't start cwshredder, spybot and ewido

Hi,
I need to resolve this problem before I even can think of posting a hijack log.
I tried in safe mode, also did a complete clean boot.
Did a scan -norton-(found webhancer-deleet failed) Ran Ad Awarescan until it came out cleane. But running cwshredder or spybot is inpossible. Nothing happens when I click the exe file to install or run other removal applications.
I have start reading the topics on removal of malware but can't find a solution for this problem.
Advise is needed.
