Asus Radeon X300 issue

Hi! I'm new to the forum.
I have an issue with video display.
Video card is Asus Radeon X300 and the monitor is LCD LG 1530S.
The configuration is 3 month old and the problem did not surface until about 10 days ago.
While the system is booting (or re-booting) the monitor is just displaying the Flatron sign and does not turn on until after the Welcome screen.
Anyone knows what might be the problem?
