I've had a look at the supported graphics card chipsets for the game and it appears that the game doesn't support or doesn't fully support your graphics card.
In this event the options are a bit limited.
Your first option would be to update your hardware drivers, the second option would be to turn all the graphics settings down and the last option would be upgrade the graphics card. (that's if this isn't a laptop of course).

The price depends on what country you're in and what you want to be able play.

What country are you in?
What kind of games do you play and what kind of game might you want to play in the future?
Is your AGP slot 8x or 4x?

I don't really know what the prices are like in Canada but I bet there cheaper than over here in England.

I would suggest something like a Geforce 6600. Not too pricey but gives you a bit of future proofing.

Before buying any card check the speed of your AGP slot.

You can check the motherboard manual if you have one or check with the motherboard/PC manufacturer.
