Live Update

I have Norton Antivirus software installed and recently the Live Update function for anti virus definition updates will not work. A window appears that says Live update could not retrieve the update list. It goes on to ask me to verify that im connected to the internet, which I am. I thought it might be my firewall, but I disabled that and then tried again with no luck. What should i do?

Try uninstalling and reinstalling NAV [make sure you have your Key].
