Hey guys,

My company is doing a test and format of a new program. We would like to have NO IP addresses. Is this possible? We would also like a free solution.

no ip address means no networking with tcpip...so....if you're trying to do a program on a network, it is not possible on a typical network.

a novell network would have an address that is not technically an ip address.

An old windows network might get by with netbui protocol, and no IP address.

Yeah, if you want no IP, you need to not have a connection to any network, or internet.

If you wan't an "anonymous" internet connection, you can go through a proxy (see the "similar topics" box below). www.PHProxy.com is an example of a web based proxy. This will not give you a no-ip status, but ,to the servers you are connecting to, you will have the proxy's ip, instead of your own. www.whatismyip.com will give you your current ip, as well as enering nslookup in the command prompt.

But, yeah, having the ability to be connected to a network/internet would be awesome, but impossible as I see it.
