Welcome shaz <_<!

No, no please don't throw out your computer :D! Just kidding. It can probably be fixed. To help us to pinpoint your problem, let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results. :D

You have a few you can fix. Please go offline, close all browsers and any open Windows, making sure that only HijackThis is open. Scan and when it finishes, put an X in the boxes, only next to these following items, then click fix checked.

If you do not use MSN Messenger you can fix this entry as well:

O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [msnmsgr] "C:\PROGRAM FILES\MSN MESSENGER\MSNMSGR.EXE" /background

Reboot your PC.

Then delete the following:

C:\PROGRAM FILES\MYWAY <-- This Folder
C:\PROGRAM FILES\COOL MOVE MESS <-- This Folder
C:\PROGRAM FILES\SYSAI <-- This Folder

If you would please, rescan with HijackThis and post a fresh log.

Yeah you did it right, good job <_<. A new hijackthis log would help us see if there is anything left on your system. Go ahead and delete those backups :D. To prevent those annoying backups in the future, click the "config" button on the bottom-right of hijackthis. Once there, just uncheck "Make backups before fixing". The line below that is the option for that confirmation you got after clicking "fixed checked". Please keep that one checked, you might have checked an item you need on accident :D.

Your logs looks clean <_<

However, since your still having problems, try this free online virus scan:
http://housecall.antivirus.com/

And, this free trojan scan:
http://www.moosoft.com/

How do you prevent spyware from being installed again? We strongly recommend installing SpywareBlaster (it's free for personal use).

Prevent the installation of ActiveX-based spyware, adware, browser hijackers, dialers, and other potentially unwanted pests.
Block spyware/tracking cookies in Internet Explorer and Mozilla/Firefox.
Restrict the actions of potentially dangerous sites in Internet Explorer.
Consumes no system resources.

Download, run, check for updates, download updates, select all, protect against checked. All done. Check for updates every couple of weeks. If you have any errors running the program like a missing file see the link at the bottom of the javacool page.
Link to SpywareBlaster: http://www.javacools...areblaster.html

It's also very important to keep your system up to date to avoid unnecessary security risks. Click Here to make sure that you have the latest patches for Windows.

My fault. Keep the backups and recheck the backups option in HiJackThis. Make HiJackThis it's own folder and put it in it. Something like C:/HJT or C:/HiJackThis. Please forgive me <_<.

Do you have the latest virus definitions for Norton Antivirus? Have you run a full system scan?

You can find some more online virus tools here:

Don't want to keep asking the same question, but are your references up-to-date? They shouldn't be more than a few days old. Many people either let their subscriptions expire, or don't have Live Update configured.
