Need to uninstall Quickbooks Pro

Hi.

Recently, I started to uninstall Quickbooks Pro via the Add/Remove Program. I terminated the uninstall process because it looked like my computer froze up. After rebooting, I tried to uninstall again but couldn't find the files this time. But it's still in the program files and can still be launched. I recently used another program called AddRemove Program where it deletes it from the Add/Remove Program in the Control Panel. Well, it's not there now but it's still in my program files. Is it safe to just remove the whole folder from my program files. Please help.
