*shrugs* Fine...I forget that people don't have the images I do in the office. If it's a manufactured computer from Dell then the CD has at least one service pack, maybe the second one if bought in the last two years....*shrugs* I guess it's up to him.

I know....38 of them. But that takes fifteen minutes. *shrugs* It's still easier then having to type and search through a CD for one single file when that file may not be the only one missing.
