Hello;

My troublesome laptop is showing another problem. I recently wanted to increase the resoluiton of my screen from the one I have right now 1024 x 768 into any higher number, and once it changes, the desktop is too big for my screen. What I mean is that I can't see the whole screen. I installed the drivers that came with the computer, and everything else seems to be working properly. If I decrease the resolution to any lower number it works fine, but after I exceed this setting it stops working nicely. I hope someone knows at least what I am describing here...

thanks

based on the assumption that your laptop screen is set to autodetect, it is probably not designed for resolutions above 1024x768. check the specs of your laptop and make sure that's not the issue.
