Hello All,

I could use some help with an Outlook problem. One of my clients has been trying to send emails with attachments, and the process has been unusually slow. The emails get lodged in the Outbox, until they finally (sometimes) are sent. It takes a lot longer, for no apparent reason. She is not running anti-virus software, and the attachments, though they are sometimes pictures, are not very large. Does anyone have any suggestions?

By the way, she is using an ethernet connection to our business network. She is operating a notebook with Windows XP. The Outlook version is 2003.
