Please help
Im using Tiscali broadband with the free modem they sent me.
I want to use my Netgear D834G router so I can be wireless.....
Does anyone know how i set this up...do I have to have both the free
modem and my netgear router plugged in together, if so how does that
work as the free modem only has a USB connector but the netgear router
doesnt have a USB connection
Any help appreciated Thanks

Use the router on its own. Just plug the supplied network cable in from the back of the computer to a port on the router, configure the router with your username and password (see the manual on how to do this) and there we go.

Tiscali's supplied modems are rubbish. Keep it and use it as a doorstop in the summer or a paperweight as that's all its good for.
