Import the slideshow to movie maker then click finish movie, save to CD, name it then click next then other settings for output, select the option for your region

Ok, so you don't need to encode it with a different software?

If it was made in movie maker it will show you what it can output to in other options, putting it on to CDR should be straightforward, and possibly better than a DVDR on the assumption it is not a big file
