Hi guys, got a small dilemma here. Just (about an hour ago) viewd some images via a sd card which i plugged into my computer and then right clicked and copied them all. the person with the sd card has since left and i get error messages saying i require the card. I have viewed all these images on this computer, is there any way to recover them??

Thanks guys

Random, my guess is that you accidentally chose copy shortcuts here, rather than copy images

Right click an "image" file, choose PROPERTIES...does it say SHORTCUT under type?

That is why you are getting that message. Whether you can recover them would depend on what program you used to view. A few programs will create temporary files (like Internet Explorer), but most will not.

I would say you are going to have to get that card back
