Installshield instalation folder

This folder is with my program files and is not hidden or not an anti-virus program. It has several sub folders with very long numbers on each one. In each sub folder there are parts of installation files of things I have installed. Each one is more than 2 mb. Some even 8 mb. Do I need to keep these?
