ZoneAlarm allows ICMP Echo from ShieldsUp! site

I went to the ShieldsUp! site thru the www.grc.com site (Which I found on this site at the systems forum)
It stated that my system failed the ICMP Echo ping. I have ZoneAlarm installed and the check box that allows this (Allow incoming ping (ICMP Echo) is unchecked.

Thoughts and or ideas?
