help me with the usb

pls someone help me my usb works but it is not detected on my computer when i connect my usb it says this device can perform faster and i disabled that but nothing happened are there any ways to make the usb detectable without formatting :tazz:

all i need is to know how can i make the usb detected on explorer and i have hidden items shown also
