When I put a CD into the player it sounds like it is working but I have no sound for the musical CDS and no video on my monitor for instructional CDS. I went into the device manager and the liteon dvd-rom ltd163 showed a yellow dot with a black exclamation point in the middle. Does this mean anything? I am computer illiterate. Please help!
