Aarg! I bought PC Tools' Registry Mechanic (full version) after my Tosh laptop kept crashing following installing 2 Java updates and free scan did not sort anything.
I now mysteriously cannot key in my supplied icence code or name at the registering stage (typing n cut n paste do not work).
Any ideas what could be doing this ? (I suspect I have a Java/Windows office software clash somewhere as iTunes etc will not run - but now can't get past this - is it connected? )
PC Tools have been er, 'not that helpful' so far.
Getting desperate..
