had virus/spyware fixed, now cant download poker site!

i got hit with a virus/spyware from my mail. it was the pest trap, i deleted it, it attatched to my computer, after that i got hit with alfacleaner, bogged my computer down couldnt do anything, attatched to everything, i went into computer reset and went back to yesterday on calender and reset it, IT WORKED> i ran the new 9.0 aol secured edition software. i have a windows xp dell dimention computer, aol 9.0. now that i have it installed i cant access my ultimatebet.com poker site, it wont let me log in, wont take my password, is there anywhere i can update the software? i re downloaded the software and still no go. im not a computer wiz, im new. just learning...please help me, what do i do?????? how can i access and play. ive had site for 3 months now,thanks joe :tazz:

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
