multiple boot problems

i have two hard disk one is a 40gb samsung parallel ata and the other being seagate 160gb parallel ata. I have win xp in the segate disk and win 2003 server in the samsung disk. When i connect both i always get the windows server booting automatically.
i do not get any options at bootup asking me which OS to boot. plz help on how to change the boot.ini file so that i correct this problem and there are no errors as well.

try this

start/
run/
type msconfig/
boot.ini tab/

CHECK the box that says bootlog/
apply/
ok/

reboot.

Let me know how you go.

It still boots to the server2003 now also. i did what u told me too. now what should i do?
