My start bar is acting a little funny. During start-up it takes a while for it to load, and also all the icons near the clock are not being shown. Sometimes it's different ones too. For example the remove device icon doesn't show up, and now my Google talk icon isn't showing. Anyone have any ideas?

tried that, many times, and it has not effect. Even if I say always show, they still don't show up.
