When I scan a document using acrobat 7 Pro, I get the following message; Acrobat could not access the recognition service because: unable to launch the paper capture recognition service. this is probably due to either a low memory situation or a corrupt installation. I've re-installed the program, but the problem is still there. HELP PLEASE Thanks, FW

did you set a fixed swap file? If so, set it to let windows handle it. How much ram do you have? How much harddrive space (free) do you have?

My computer handles the acrobat scanning problem a little better, but it didn't complete the recognition process. After 2 minutes of the program searching, it gives me the same message as in the begining. It also states unable to process the page because the paper capture recognition service experienced an error.
