I have a sheet on excel with 3 columns containing over 10000 rows
First column has greyhounds names
Second column has the trainers name
Third column has owners name
I have put an auto filter onto the three columns. When i want to find the names of the greyhounds who a trainer has i go into the filter and select the trainers name and all the names come up for that trainer.

When i have found the info i want i used to be able to move the scroll bar ( which at this point is very small) and it would automaticly go the highlighed section on the full list when i went back into displaying all the names.

Now when i go into the auto filter the scroll bar is alot bigger and it wont automaticly go to the section i want in the all list

How do i change this back to how it used to be?

Also when i use the autofilter it doent display all the names which are in the list - Why is this?

Can you copy (big file I know) and delete some so it is less then 10,000
has this fixed the problem.
If you do not want to copy and are willing to risk it then delete so it is
less then 10,000 try it then when you close the spreadsheet and it ask's to save changes say no and your deleted files should return
