DESPERATE GAL...virus keeps coming back

I've been reading over these forum postings and doing exactly what everyone's been suggesting but it appears problems keep coming back.
I've had the about:blank virus, several trojans, and who knows what else???

Close all programs down, leaving only HijackThis running.
Place a check against the following items:

O15 - Trusted Zone: *.frame.crazywinnings.com
O15 - Trusted Zone: *.frame.crazywinnings.com (HKLM)

Click on Fix Checked and exit HijackThis.

Please delete your temporary files. Double Click My Computer (WinXP: Navigate to Start --->My Computer)
You will see an icon representing your harddrive (most likely C: Drive) Right Click on the hard drive icon and click Properties at the
bottom of the fly out window. One the very first tab (General) you will see a button labeled "Disk Cleanup"...click that button.
Make sure the following are checked:
Downloaded Program Files
Temporary Internet Files and
Recycle Bin
Click OK and Disk Cleanup will delete those files for you.



Post back a fresh HijackThis log and we'll take another look.

Thanks for the input.
I did extactly what you described, but the trusted zones won't go away. I select the 2 trusted zone lines and click "Fix". Hijackthis returns a popup window making sure I want to delete these files. I click "yes". Hijackthis returns back to the main screen. When I scan again, the trusted zones are still there. I performed a disk cleanup and deleted around 80 kb in a temporary internet file folder.

Note: This will remove all entries in the "Trusted Zone" and "Ranges" also.
