Hi,

I have tried setting up a wifi network for a friend with Tiscali broadband. I have got the router working fine and the main computer runs fine on the net. But when using the wifi laptop it picks up the network but doesnt connect to the net. Any ideas?

There's nothing special about Tiscali and wireless networking, it works for me.

Has the laptop connected to your network? Can you get into the router configuration screen from the laptop?

Yep it connects to the network but i just cant get on to the net very wierd. Any ideas?

Firewalls or anything like that?

Also what IP address are you getting on the laptop?
