when i try to turn my laptop on it wont start
Its only when i plug the cord into the mains plug it will start.
I thought it must be the battery not being charged but when i unplug the cable so it has to run off the battery it works fine as it did before indicating that the battery is charged up.

Therefore why cant i start the computer unless it is plugged in to the mains
