I have a Packard Bell IMED 1625 P4 computer, purchased lst August, operating Windows XP.
I have SpySweeper, Spybot, Windows Registry Repair, Ad-Aware SE, Microsoft AntiSpyware, McAfee Virus Scan.

Over the past month, for no apparent reason, I have been unable to ADD or DELETE sites in my TRUSTED SITES zone.

If I try to DELETE a site, it just reappears after I click OK.

If I try to ADD a site, the following message appears;

Trusted Sites.

X Sites added to this zone must use the https:// prefix.
This prefix assures a secure connection.

Is Spybot Tea Timer stopping it

Have you tried disabling spybot and the others, apart from the firewall to see if you can make adjustments

untick the "require server authentication for sites in this zone" box in the area where you add the site
