netmate ethernet adapter drivers

hi i have a dell computer and use windows xp i am trying to use my netmate link catc ethernet adapter but it says it cant install it and prompts me to put in cd.. which i dont have.. i was able to use it on my old computer without the software.. does anyone know where i can go to download the drivers for this... ive been searching foe hours.... i will write all the infomation i see on the device.... NetMate link CATC...U-ETH-NMO2tested to comly with fcc standards for home or office use ....SN-13338E...Rev.2.20assembly philippine... if anyone can help i would appreciate it thank u
