i think admin may have meant change the slider under the privacy tab. there is no slider on the security tab just a drop down menu. Admin will however tell you exactly what to do.

Have you run Windows Update and applied all the critical patches and updates? It doesn't sound as though you have the latest version of Internet Explorer.
