that does not sound correct.....does it say SAFE MODE in all the corners?

I tried to log in again under our other user's name but of course it wouldn't go into safe mode on it's own again! I don't remember from when it did it before if it said "safe mode", the screen just was dotty like it is when it is in safe mode. Maybe I will have to wait to see if it does it again (it did it at least 3 times before) before you can help me. Thanks anyways!
