Is it possible to transfer the information on my memory card to a CD?
Yes it is possible You will need -
(1) [Memory Card Reader] Compatible to PC & Memory Card
(2) [CD ROM R/W Drive] + A CD ROM Drive [Read / Write Application]
The quickest method Use [Windows Explorer]
(1) Open [Windows Explorer]
(2) Open [My Computer]
(3) Insert Memory Card into Reader Slot compatible to Memory Card
(4) Locate [Memory Card] with [Explorer] & Highlight
(5) Copy [Memory Card]
(6) Create Memory Card [Folder]
(7) Paste Memory Card in [Folder]
(8) Open CD Read/Write Application
(9) Run Application to Write Memory Card Folder to CD
(10) Now you have [2] copies of Memory Card
[1] On a CD to present to your boss
[2] On PC in Folder so you can create a 2nd CD when your boss misplaces 1st CD
I'm assuming that he means to simply transfer the information on the old memory card to the new one we're buying,
Doing it this way You will be ready for whatever To copy to new Memory Card
(1) Open [Windows Explorer]
(2) Locate [Memory Card Folder]
(3) Copy [Memory Card Folder]
(4) Insert New Memory Card into Compatible Reader Slot
(5) Paste [Memory Card Folder] into new Memory Card
(6) Remove new Memory Card & present to your boss
Let's be honest, did anyone really understand the question?

This is probably a terrible question to be asking, but how do I access the information on the memory card? Through Control Panel?
You need to have a Memory Card Reader installed in PC 1st Then you need to insert Memory Card into the Readers Compatible Memory Card Slot
Next Open Control Panel
(1) Press [Start Button]
(2) Highlight [Settings]
(3) Open [Control Panel]
(4) You should see Memory Card listed as a [Drive] with a name of Memory Card
(5) Follow instructions in my [Post-01] on this subject
