In the process of trying ot fix my drwatson problem, i've somehow managed to get a whole slew of adware! My virus protection thing keeps popping up saying that there's a virus, but it can't stop it. And i keep getting random IE popups, and random processes show up in task manager that take all the CPU... this is far worse than the drwtson problem! please, help! I've tried to use the trendmicro scan, it doesn't work, i keep getting an error message saying that IE has to close. And the bitdefender scan, it starts scanning, then everything freezes. I ran Ad-Aware SE and got rid of the files it found. I also ran Norton Antivirus, and got rid of its infected files. I also ran spybot search and destroy, and got rid of the things bugging it. What else can i do? the popups are driving me mad!
