Ok i think it is my video card i just newly re installed everything on my computer and now i have no idea of how to reinstall my video card so everything looks horiable i've tryed the properties on my desktop but the only option i get is 4 bit

Is your computer a prebuilt computer, like a dell or hp? If so, please give the make/model of the computer. Example would be Dell Optiplex GX260...
