I have a cabel internet set up connected to my cpu with an ethernet cable
I have had several problems with modem going off line for periods of time for no apperant reason. I have had the cable company out several times to correct the problem and the latest thing they did was replace the modem. When connected to my cpu it has download speeds of 85/kbs to 100/kbps. The techinition connected same modem to his laptop and was able to get dowload speeds of 350/kbps to 420/kbs. On his ipconfig section it did not show all of this tunnel adapter teredo stuff. What I want to know is what is this tunnel adapter teredo and is it possibly slowing down my cpu. the local area connection 5 is what my internet is connected through.

My computer specs are 1.1g processor, 256K PC133 ram and 256K intel graphics controler

Listed below is readout at start/run/cmd/ipconfig

Please advise as to what i may do to speed up my download rates
