Logitech Quicktime Communicate STX Error

I recently reformated my computer, and I was lucky enough to download the software on the Logitech website, but unfortunately when I try to record a video I get an error message reading: The program you are trying to run requires a current Indeo codec.
To obtain a current driver that is compatible with this version of Windows, please contact the manufacturer at http://indeo.ligos.com.

I went to that website, and I installed the software but it turns out you must have the card installed in your computer, and I don't have it. I hope I can find a driver to install because I don't have the disk for the camera, and it was $50 bucks, and my sister is going to be really pissed.
