VIDEO
Video card must have 128 MB or more memory and one of the following chipsets:

* NVIDIA GeForce FX 5700 or greater
* ATI Radeon 8500 or greater

Download Everest Home edition run a scan and attach the log to your next post

Everest

Once you have it running, click on REPORT and the Report Wizard should run. When you come to the REPORT PROFILES page of the wizard, make sure you have radio button next to System Summary Only selected. Then click NEXT, you can leave HTML selected and click FINISH. The report will then be generated and a new window will appear. In this new window that appears, click SAVE TO FILE and save the report as REPORT.HTM somewhere on your computer where you will remember its location. Please attach this file to your reply.

Now remember to ADD THE FILE AS AN ATTACHMENT and not just copy/paste it in your next reply

Please use this link to download the latest drivers for your card.

Link

Scroll down the page and choose your download based on your connection speed and make sure you get all files for that download.

follow the install instructions that come up when you run the setup.

My apologies seems my cut and paste left a little behind on that answer

Catalyst 6.2 Windows XP - Driver Download

This is the link you want.

Click it and it will give you download options, either highspeed for dsl modem or lowspeed for dialup.

The dsl is broken into 2 downloads and the dialup into 3. Choose the right download for your connection speed.

Did you install the .net framework files?

And I see you have the drivers in twice.

go to

start/
control panel/
system/
hardware tab/
device driver button/
choose the 2ndary entry for the radeon and delete it.

reboot and try it then.
