I Need Help Upgrading Bios

did you format it and make it a system disk?

Insert floppy
right click the drive in MY COMPUTER
choose FORMAT, check MAKE MS-DOS system disk

THEN copy the BIOS files over (the original ones).

thank you that what was wrong i had a feeling i was doing something wrong and the bios are updated to P07 now was ma fault i should of explained better and thank you both for the help it is much apreciated

should i upgrade it to the P15 but use the iflash one instead of the express install??

I would not....those are the intel standard bios, but sometimes motherboard makers tweak their motherboards making the standard bios unsuitable
