I think I may have a resolution...

I downloaded a program from www.majorgeeks.com called Startup Sentry. It found a program in my C:\Windows with a popuppers64 description. Can't remember what is was called, but ended the prjMensagem task & then deleting the registry entry & C:\Windows file. On restart, prjMensagem wasn't in the task manager.
