Sorry about the delay, had it in the que.

Here is what I have found. It was from a staff member here on the forums.

Click "Start", "Settings", and then click "Control Panel". Open the "Display" applet.
Click on "Desktop", "Customise Display..." and "Web".
In the box under "Web pages" look for a checkbox named "Security". If found select it and click "Delete".

Give this a try and see how it goes.

Just doing okay, now just dealing with registry errors at the moment.
