hi guys this is my first time posting... im finding myself in desperate need of help... i have tried all the programs given and followed the steps to remove viruses suck as azesearch.. but it seems everytime i restart my com they just comeback again... here is my log and stuff hope u guys can help

1. We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time. DO NOT UPGRADE TO SP2 AT THIS TIME
  • Click HERE for the update.
  • Apply the update.
  • REBOOT YOUR SYSTEM
2. Please post a fresh HJT log after the upgrade


DO NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES OR CLICK "FIX CHECKED" UNTIL WE CHECK THE LOG, AS MOST OF THE FILES ARE LEGIT AND VITAL TO THE FUNCTION OF YOUR COMPUTER

Hi Trevuren and thank you for your help in advance... i downloaded and installed the service pack as instructed... but after downloading and installing.. the program told me that my windows registry key was invalid... so i followed the instructions given and contacted the windows piracy hotline and gave them my key... they also confirmed that it was fake... so does this mean there is no way to solve my problem?

While we at Geeks to Go understand that you may not have been aware, your copy of Windows is not legitimate. Unfortunately, we are unable to help you any further on this site, as we have a strict policy we adhere to in only helping people who have legitmate copies of Windows. Thank you for understanding
