My Owner's manual of my computer shows this under specs of drives:

Internally Accessible - two bays for 1-inch-high IDE hard drives
Availiable Devices - ATA-100 Ultra DMA hard drive, CD drive, floppy drive, Zip drive, DVD drive, DVD+RW drive, and CD-RW drive

Is this drive compatible with my PC?

I've had a look at your specs and I don't see why it shouldn't be compatible, after all it's only a bog standard 7200RPM IDE hard drive.
