When a .tif file is opened by one of our employees, it opens as "read-only" and is not able to print. However, when the attachment is forwarded to me, I can open it as "archive" and am able to print the document. She appears to have the same Office version as me so I'm just confused as to why this would happen. Any ideas? Thanks.
