I hadn't read all of the posts but if none of the ones above worked and nobody talked about the size of the video then here it is. If your video size is greater than 100% then the video will be distorted. To change this you have to right click where the video is playing. This will give you a pull down menu and you can change the screen from x% to 100 or 50%. This will make the video clearer. Hope this works! :tazz:
