if this happends in the future just click on your name then click options and then view topics. there it'll show all the topics that you have created.

You should be getting email's when your topics get replies. Those emails contain links to the topics. If you are not getting the emails, you can subscribe manually by clicking on Options above the first post, followed by Subscribe to This Topic. When the page loads, select Immediate Notification, and then Proceed.
