NHL 2K5 and Gamepad

I have an older gamepad, creative, not sure about the name I think it's just called gamepad.

It works fine for all games except for NHL 2K5. When I load the game up it's like the gamepad is stuck in pressing the left side of the pad. I have tried adjusting the gamepad settings in NHL but no luck.

I have been looking for drivers for this gamepad for XP but to no luck either :tazz:
